My name is Cynthia Cordero, and CC Conglomerate LLC was built from lived experience, not theory.
Before becoming a coach, author, and speaker, I served as a Detective with the NYPD. That season taught me discipline, structure, discernment, and how to navigate chaos with clarity and truth. I learned that confusion thrives where truth is avoided and that freedom requires confrontation, not avoidance.
My faith became the foundation for my transformation. Through the Word of God, I experienced deliverance, healing, and alignment that reshaped my life and calling.
CC Conglomerate LLC exists to help others experience that same clarity and freedom. This work is rooted in spiritual authority, accountability, and compassion. I do not guide people into dependency. I guide them into responsibility, healing, and obedience.
